With over 45 year experience, Robert is truly a master mechanic. Some call him a perfectionist. He spent years as a technician with General Motors before making the move to motorcycles full-time.

The Hargus' work together serving a very regular clientele. In fact, nearly all their business is repeat, and new customers are most often referrals. The couple has no plans to expand beyond their single-mechanic staff. Instead, they choose to provide "personal motorcycle services" to a small, fiercely loyal customer base. Robert understands that he can achieve much better customer satisfaction by understanding his clients needs, their riding habits, and personal preferences.

Customers like knowing their machines are being maintained by a single, talented technician too. Robert is able to monitor his client's motorcycles over time and miles, spotting problems early - before they get expensive.
